Instruction and Learning is the heart of education at St. Louis Park Public Schools. The Instruction and Learning Department strives to engage and lead district instructional staff to effectively deliver educational opportunities that align with the district's Strategic Plan. Our Department is responsible for directing, developing and providing ongoing leadership on curricular, instruction, intervention, assessment and related functions.

St. Louis Park Public Schools uses a three-year review cycle. In this process, teacher leaders measure previous success and determine next steps to achieve racial equity transformation in alignment with the strategic plan.
